Insurance within 30 days
Required insurance coverage must be active, with proof provided, within 30 days of acceptance. Coverage details are confirmed during onboarding.
Academy certification
You must complete the MotoMaid Training Academy and earn certification before any solo work begins. Supervised training comes first.
No solo assignments begin before Academy certification and supervised onboarding are complete.
What you’ll do
Deliver the MotoMaid standard.
This is hands-on, client-facing field work for someone who can balance speed, care, consistency, and professional judgment.
Deliver detailed results
Complete residential, recurring, deep, move-in, and move-out cleaning according to the MotoMaid Method.
Protect the client experience
Confirm scope, communicate professionally, respect privacy, and treat every home with care.
Own safety and quality
Follow chemical-safety procedures, document work, and report hazards or property concerns promptly.
Work the system
Maintain supplies and equipment, track job completion, and collaborate on team assignments.

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for field work
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 pounds during active shifts

- A coachable, positive approach to training and quality reviews
