MotoMaid is looking for experienced residential cleaning technicians who take pride in details, follow proven processes, and want room to grow. Compensation is $25–$30 per estimated job hour, based on verified experience.

Your own supplies
You must provide your own professional cleaning supplies and equipment, keep them ready for field assignments, and provide proof during screening or onboarding.
Vehicle and license
You need a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license for travel to client homes throughout the Tampa Bay service area.
Work authorization
You must have valid authorization to work in the United States, including a current work permit when one is required.
Background screening
Completion of MotoMaid’s required background screening is part of the hiring and onboarding process.
Insurance within 30 days
Required insurance coverage must be obtained and proof provided within 30 days of acceptance. We will guide you through what is required and how to obtain it.
No solo assignments begin before required insurance proof, Academy certification, and supervised onboarding are complete.
What you’ll do
Deliver the MotoMaid standard.
This is hands-on, client-facing field work for someone who can balance speed, care, consistency, and professional judgment.
Deliver detailed results
Complete residential, recurring, deep, move-in, and move-out cleaning according to the MotoMaid Method.
Protect the client experience
Confirm scope, communicate professionally, respect privacy, and treat every home with care.
Own safety and quality
Follow chemical-safety procedures, document work, and report hazards or property concerns promptly.
Work the system
Maintain supplies and equipment, track job completion, and collaborate on team assignments.

- At least two full years of professional residential cleaning experience
- Your own professional cleaning supplies and equipment, with proof required
- A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license for field work
- Valid U.S. work authorization, including a work permit when applicable
- Ability to complete the required background screening
- Proof of the required insurance coverage within 30 days of acceptance
- An established two-person cleaning team is a plus, but is not required
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 pounds during active shifts
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and process discipline
- Professional communication and respect for client confidentiality
- A coachable, positive approach to training and quality reviews
Extra support
Apply solo or with a trusted teammate.
Established two-person cleaning teams are a plus. Each person must submit an application and independently meet MotoMaid’s experience, screening, insurance, and training requirements.
Optional telemedicine support
$100 per month
Access is available through a trusted local provider. This optional service is separate from the insurance required for field work. Participation and provider details are reviewed during onboarding.
