MotoMaid Training Academy

One method.
A complete Academy.

A professional cleaning operating system built to take an individual cleaner from first-day foundations to advanced service work, team leadership, and a scale-ready standard.

The September $297 offer covers the 19-module Cleaner Certification core learning path. Solo Cleaner Safety Training is a separate $97 program. Purchase or course completion alone does not automatically award a MotoMaid certification level.

Progression that means something

Four levels of professional growth.

The certification framework links learning to observed skills, quality control, and leadership responsibility. It is designed for real field performance, not participation alone.

Level 1

Foundational learning, guided practice, and field shadowing before independent work.

MotoMaid method, safety, workflow, caddy systems, chemistry, microfiber, and dusting.

Level 2

Certified Cleaner

Independent service execution after skills are demonstrated in real field conditions.

Room-by-room systems, correct chemistry, quality standards, and time targets.

Level 3

Senior Cleaning Specialist

Complex and premium work, scope judgment, and support for newer cleaners.

Move-out cleans, luxury-home standards, reset services, and mentoring.

Level 4

Field Lead / Trainer

Team leadership, quality checks, and faithful delivery of the MotoMaid Method.

Training, evaluation, service-order enforcement, and field issue resolution.

The operating system

Consistency is the product.

Cleaner quality, safer work, client trust, and scalable growth all come from the same source: a method your people can learn, practice, measure, and reproduce.

  • Standardized workflows, tools, chemistry, and room-by-room execution.
  • Clear service hierarchy and scope-control rules that protect the cleaner and the client.
  • Phase knowledge checks, field skill assessment, and performance scorecards.
  • A trainer pathway that helps the MotoMaid standard travel beyond one person.

Questions answered

Academy FAQ

What is included in the complete MotoMaid Academy?

The Academy framework contains 19 core modules across four phases, phase knowledge checks, a four-level certification structure, and six specialty learning tracks. The detailed map is available on the curriculum page.

Who is the Academy for?

It is designed for individual cleaners, cleaning teams of approximately 2–15 people, and operators who want a documented standard for onboarding, quality control, and growth.

Does buying a course make someone MotoMaid-certified?

No. Course purchase alone does not grant a certification level, employment, or permission to represent yourself as a MotoMaid-certified professional. Certification levels require the applicable learning, assessments, field evidence, and trainer or supervisor review.

What can I purchase today?

Cleaner Certification is offered for a one-time $297 launch price from September 1–30, 2026 and includes the 19-module core learning path. Solo Cleaner Safety Training remains a separate $97 one-time purchase with its own 15-module curriculum.

How do I ask about the full Academy for a team?

Email support@motomaid.com with your team size and training goals. MotoMaid can help identify the right Academy implementation path.
