What does ADHD-friendly or neurodivergent-aware home support mean?
MotoMaid adapts cleaning, organization, and reset plans around real routines, visibility, access, energy, and the points where tasks get stuck. It is practical household support, not medical treatment.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to request this approach?
No. You may request a lower-pressure, fewer-step approach whether you have a diagnosis, identify as neurodivergent, experience executive-function challenges, or simply want systems that are easier to use.
Does MotoMaid diagnose or treat ADHD?
No. MotoMaid provides cleaning, organization, environment design, and practical household support. These services do not diagnose, treat, or cure ADHD or another health condition.
How do I know which service to book?
Use the Book Now page. Choose Cleaning, Reset & Organization, or Consultation. Each route asks the right first questions, and MotoMaid will confirm fit before scheduling.
Do you provide prices before the appointment?
Cleaning requests begin with an estimate. Larger organization and reset projects may require photos, video, or a paid assessment before a fixed project proposal is issued.
What areas do you serve?
MotoMaid is based in Tampa Bay. Submit your address through the appropriate request form so the team can confirm availability for your location.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
MotoMaid confirms products, tools, surfaces, preferences, and any special requirements as part of the service scope.
What should I do with pets?
Include pet details in your request. The team will confirm a safe access plan and any separation needed during service.
Why are some services custom-priced?
Space size, current condition, volume of belongings, decision support, systems complexity, and logistics can change the time and team required.
What is a Reset Assessment?
The Reset Assessment is a planning step for whole-home and complex multi-room projects. It maps priorities, sequence, scope, and a realistic investment framework.
Can cleaning and organization happen together?
Yes. Property Reset projects are designed to coordinate the right mix of cleaning, organization, planning, and transition support.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Contact MotoMaid as soon as possible at support@motomaid.com or 813-710-0507. The team will explain the policy that applies to your booking.
How do Academy students access courses?
Existing students use the Student Login page, which routes to MotoMaid’s secure Wix member area. Use the same email connected to your enrollment.
What if I cannot access my training materials?
Email support@motomaid.com with the enrollment email address and the course name so the team can verify access.
