Who is this course for?
It is designed for solo cleaners and other home-service professionals working independently in clients’ homes.
How is access delivered?
After MotoMaid confirms payment, private course access is sent to the email used at checkout within one business day. Please use that same email when you contact support.
Is this the entire MotoMaid Academy?
No. This is a released standalone Academy course. The full Academy has 19 core modules, specialty tracks, and a certification framework; the safety-course checkout does not provide all of that access.
Do I receive a certification level?
No. The course has its own completion requirements and certificate-of-completion path. MotoMaid certification levels require the relevant assessments, field evidence, and trainer or supervisor review.
