Four ordered phases built from the field-tested MotoMaid Method.

What you will build

A dependable professional standard.

This program connects knowledge to repeatable field habits. Each phase builds on the one before it so the method is clear, teachable, and easier to reproduce under real service conditions.

  • Follow the MotoMaid cleaning workflow in the correct service order
  • Choose and use tools, chemistry, microfiber, and caddy systems safely
  • Apply a consistent room-by-room standard in kitchens, bathrooms, floors, glass, and detail work
  • Recognize scope boundaries and communicate professionally with clients
  • Prepare for knowledge checks, demonstrated field skills, and supervisor review
  • Build toward the four-level MotoMaid certification pathway

Level 3

Senior Cleaning Specialist

Complex and premium work, scope judgment, and support for newer cleaners.

Move-out cleans, luxury-home standards, reset services, and mentoring.

Level 4

Field Lead / Trainer

Team leadership, quality checks, and faithful delivery of the MotoMaid Method.

Training, evaluation, service-order enforcement, and field issue resolution.
