Deposits, Cancellations & Scheduling Policy Deposits All MotoMaid services require a deposit to reserve a service date and assigned labor. Deposits are non-refundable. Once a date is reserved, MotoMaid blocks the schedule and allocates resources specifically for your project. For this reason, deposits cannot be refunded. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations or reschedule requests with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit. • If a service cannot proceed due to lack of access, site readiness, utilities, or conditions differing from those represented at booking, the deposit will be retained as a scheduling fee. • When approved, deposits may be held as a credit toward a future service at MotoMaid’s discretion. Project Delays If a project is delayed due to construction timelines, contractor work, or site conditions outside of MotoMaid’s control, services may need to be rescheduled based on availability. Delays caused by the client may result in additional charges or loss of the reserved service date. Change Orders Any services requested outside of the original scope require written approval and may result in additional charges or rescheduling. MotoMaid reserves the right to decline same-day scope changes that impact workflow, safety, or timing. Acceptance of Terms By booking services, submitting a deposit, or approving an estimate, the client agrees to MotoMaid’s service terms, scope, and payment policies.
