    → Yes. Preferred cleaners can be requested for consistency.

    → I normally do the cleaning but in case I am not available, I will endorse vetted, trained, and background-checked cleaners. Introduced before the first visit.

    → High-quality, non-toxic products. Scent-free or pet-safe options available on request.
  • Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
    → Yes, our team arrives fully equipped with all necessary cleaning products and tools.
  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
    → No. You can provide access instructions and leave the rest to the team.
